With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Sam has successfully led the growth and development of businesses across a range of industries, driving operational excellence, strategic partnerships, organisational transformation, and sustainable growth.
A philanthropist at heart, Sam is passionate about giving back to the community. He has been actively involved in humanitarian initiatives across Africa, supporting charitable projects, community programs, and the establishment of an orphanage for vulnerable children and families.

Elisa plays a key role in coordinating clinical supports, assisting with hospital discharges, liaising with healthcare teams, and helping participants navigate their healthcare journey with confidence.

Michelle is our Forensic & Specialist Support Coordinator, bringing over 8 years of experience across Support Coordination, participant services, operations, and leadership within the NDIS sector.
Michelle plays a pivotal role in ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred support while overseeing service delivery and supporting the ongoing development of our coordination team. With extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs, she works closely with participants, families, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes and navigate the NDIS with confidence.
Passionate about empowering people to reach their goals, Michelle is known for her compassionate approach, strong advocacy skills, and ability to build genuine, trusting relationships. With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and client experience, Jessica works across administration, participant support, operations, and service coordination, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and approachable nature make her a valued member of the BlueRock Healthcare team.
Jessica is passionate about creating positive experiences for participants and families while supporting the ongoing growth and development of BlueRock Healthcare through operational excellence, innovation, and strategic coordination.
Currently undertaking tertiary studies, Jessica has a strong passion for advocacy, law, and business, with a particular interest in supporting vulnerable individuals, promoting social justice, and creating systems that deliver meaningful outcomes for the community.

Stephanie is our Forensic & Pathway Coordinator, bringing extensive experience across mental health, justice pathways, and complex support coordination.
Throughout her career, Steph has worked in a range of leadership and frontline roles, including Adult Mental Health Consultant, Case Manager, Forensic & Pathway Coordinator, and specialist roles supporting individuals involved with the justice system. Her experience spans working with participants presenting with complex psychosocial needs, forensic histories, behavioural challenges, and involvement across correctional, legal, and community settings.
Steph is passionate about advocating for individuals with complex backgrounds, helping them navigate the NDIS, access the right supports, and build meaningful pathways toward stability, independence, and community participation. She has a strong understanding of the intersection between disability, mental health, and the justice system, and is committed to creating outcomes that are both person-centred and sustainable.
